The receipt I will include, but the warranty they told me that they would hold onto, and when, or if I needed a replacement they would take care of itI also want to include the fact that I only drive my van about 5,miles

Review: This involves an alternator on a [redacted] 2001 I had it repaired on8/31/2010 the alternator has not been working since the day it was repaired. The man at a the garage told me as it squeaked away that it was new and would take some time to break in, well now 4 years later to the date, it broke!! It never charged right, and every time I took it there he said it was fine, and let him know if it stopped. He told me it was a lifetime warranty, he took all the paperwork, told me he was putting in the warranty paperwork. 278.40 for the alternator!! I sold auto parts and only lifetime warranty are that much!! Now I went in today and he told me that the warranty was one year!! I can't help but think I've been swindled!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the frustration this has caused me along with all the trips back and forth, to pay for the new battery I bought after the repair is no longer good!!
