Customer took vehicle to exhaust shop we use. Catalytic convertor replaced at no cost to customer.09/29/2016 customer mentioned while getting oil change was told of power steering leak. We advised to bring vehicle in to confirm repair and assist if necessary.10/18/2016 customer brought vehicle for power steering leak issue. Power steering switch was replaced at no cost to customer.10/21/2016 Customer called said power steering still leaking. We advised to bring vehicle back for further repair. Customer demanded replacement vehicle .We offered repair assistance and notified vehicle replacement was not an option. Customer hung up.10/26/2016 Customer brought vehicle in for power steering leak assistance. Power steering hose replaced.
