Unsanitary Room - Toilet Overflowing - Hotel is claiming I stayed the full time - Refund Requested
I had reported a problem with the toilet stool over flooding early morning Saturday Marcy 17, After I flushed the toilet stool the toilet began to overflowI called the front desk and advised the representative of the issue After waiting for a while, I called back to the office and I was told that no maintenance personnel would be in until around 10:am In the meantime, the toilet stool was still overflooding
I asked to be moved to a different room and I was advised no other room was available I informed the representative that if I could not be accommodated with a sanitary bathroom then I would be checking out
