Review: My name is [redacted] and I attended the Ramon Ayal special event on Saturday,02/12/14. I purchased 4 tickets for the event and I would like to get a refund because me & my guests were not satisfied with the event. We had such a horrilbe expreience that we ended up in us leaving the show early. Here are my reasons for not being satisfied with the event:1.The tickets reflected seats and no seats were provided. They were misleading. We stood the whole time we were there. 2.The show reflected that it would start at 8pm but the opening act started at 8:30. I heard more of them than the main event. 3.The main even, Ramon Ayala, did not show up until about 10:30 or 11pm. He show might have been an hour long. I don't know because I left. 4.The audio at the House of Blues was not clear and therefore not enjoyable.5.My husband & one of my guests were approached in the restroom by a gang member that seemed to be drunk and wanting to start a fight. This was my first time at a House of Blues concert and it will be my last because of the horrible experience. You can verify my purchase with the following information: Order #[redacted]/LA1; $124.00Order #[redacted]/LA1/ $124.00 Please send me a refund check to the address included in the confirmation information or refund the credit card used for these two purchase. I am filing this complaint because I have all ready attempted to reach them with no success.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card back for the following orders:Order #[redacted]/LA1; $124.00Order #[redacted]/LA1/ $124.00

Response:
The patron contacted us with their complaint on February 18th. On February 25th I contacted the patron by email and asked to speak with them about the incident. They never responded to my email. On February 24th, we received a letter from the Revdex.com with the patron’s concerns. I was able to issue a refund for their two purchases today and I emailed the patron to make them aware that the situation had been resolved. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thank you.
