We bought a new home from CreekStone Homes on 2/28/20 which carries a 1-year warranty. We pointed out issues with our home during the final walk-through and submitted a formal warranty claim through the proper channel. To this day, CreekStone Homes has not addressed any warranty issue and is unresponsive. Also, CreekStone was supposed to landscape our home "soon after we move in". We now have been in our home for three months and it is still not landscaped. CreekStone is also unable to provide any estimate on when the landscaping work will be completed.
Creekstone Homes provides a one year warranty with every home. Items of concern will be managed throughout that one year warranty period. Each homeowner is provided with HOMEOWNER ORIENTATION DOCUMENTS as well as an EMERGENCY CONTACT LIST. All requests are sent through the warranty email [email protected] and addressed as they are received . Creekstone has been in touch with Mr. repeatedly. Mr. is very well aware of what the schedule is to repair any outstanding items on his home.
With the COVID-19 shutdown, no trades were allowed to visit personal homes for an 8 week period. Because of the virus issues, we do ask all homeowners to excercise a bit of grace to all involved with their property. Most homeowners are understanding of this situation. Unfortunately that is not the case with Mr..
Mr. has contacted every agency he can possibly think of to attempt to improve the amount of time it takes for the subcontractors to respond. His insistence that we ignore all other homeowners and manage only his requests is not something Creekstone can do. Everything will be done as per the schedule already in place.
Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
CreekStone did complete my landscaping, after four months of waiting and countless requests, and I am grateful for it, as indicated by my email to them. I also thank CreekStone for altering their plans (working on the last completed home on Geneva St first) to accommodate me.
My 60-day Inspection remains largely unresolved however, despite numerous emails sent to Customer Care. CreekStone's form (attached) states that issues "will be addressed within 30 days" and it now has been over 60 days. Also, I never received a homeowners guide or emergency contact list at closing so I am requesting those to be provided to me as soon as possible.
Finally, and in talking to my neighbors, it has come to my attention that CreekStone is treating homeowners of various ethnicity differently. This is not only wrong but also a violation of Fair Housing rules. I consider my issues with CreekStone unresolved at this time and I've requested to start the mediation process.
I'm asking the Revdex.com to immediately downgrade CreekStone's rating and make my comments available to the public.
Sincerely,
Marc
The COVID 19 shutdown created a 3 month delay and backlog for all CreekStone Homeowners.
All items related to warranty have been logged into CreekStone's warranty system and will be addressed.
CreekStone will provide a Homeowners Manual and Emergency Contact list.
There are 2 issues with the sales contract that I am seeking assistance in. 1. Creek Stone installed my fence in location different than what is stated on my sales contract, permit documents, master development plan, site/landscaping plans. The location where they installed the fence shrunk my yard by 30%. Creek Stone refuses to address that this is in direct conflict with my sales contract. I have reached out to the Development Manger for Stapleton, who also reached out to Creek Stone, explaining that my fence should be moved in accordance to the contract documents, but Creek Stone still refuses. Creek Stone also moved another neighbors fence for the reason stated by their sales department, “their fence was not installed in accordance with the developers approved landscape plan.” This is the same reason I want my fence moved. Creek Stone is taking a discriminatory action in not moving my fence to be in accordance with my contract documents. 2. In my sales contract I upgraded the HVAC/AC system to a “16 SEER System – 16 SEER A/C” as stated in my upgrades. Creek Stone installed a systems that operates at 14 SEERS. In an emailed forwarded from *** Subcontractor) on 1/14/20 states, “Here is the AHRI certificate for that A/C. It’s only 14 SEER.” The email goes on to explain to achieve the 16 SEER rating there would need to be an upgrade in the actually AC unit and an upgrade in the furnace. Creek Stone purposely installed a unit knowing that it only operates at 14 SEERs and charged me for an upgrade to a 16 SEER.
Good Afternoon,
Creekstone Homes is aware of Mr. concerns. Creekstone's warranty department has communicated with him several times and has made the customer aware the concerns he asserts are not something that will be covered under the warranty program offered by Creekstone Homes and were provided to the customer as represented in the purchase agreement.
The placement of the fence: Although the customer is not satisfied with the placement of the fence, it is placed according to the community guidelines and therefore Creekstone considers this matter closed.
The air conditioning unit: Although the customer is not satisfied with the unit that was installed, it is in-fact sold, per industry standards, as a 16 sear unit. The unit has been checked by the HVAC company and it functions as is expected by the industry. Creekstone considers this matter closed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Good Afternoon,
Mr. has repeated his complaints over and over. CreekStone Homes has politely answered him many many times. CreekStone has provided supporting documentation to Mr.. CreekStone has nothing to repair, fix, move or replace. CreekStone considers this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because: In regards to the fence placement Creek Stone has not provided any supporting documentation to support their claim. All documentation that has been provided supports the fence to be installed in a different location. The sales contract, site plans, landscape plans all place the fence at a different location than where Creek Stone installed the fence. I want my fence installed in the location that the sales contract states. If Creek Stone has official and approved documentation showing the fence in a different location than my sales contract, then Creek Stone should provide that. I have asked for that many times and Creek Stone has failed to provide. In regards the the AC system. Creek Stone sold an energy efficiency rating to the HVAC system in the house. The sales contract states that I would be provided with a system that operates at 16 SEERs. The system that was installed in my home operates at 14 SEERs. Creek Stones position that this is 'industry standard' is deliberately deceitful. Creek Stone is still maintaining that this is not covered under warranty. This is not a warranty claim. Creek Stone has refused to address that they did not meet the demands of the sales contract. They sold me a product that they did not deliver. The sales contract states that Creek Stone is obligated to "complete the sales contract" which they have not done and they have not addressed why they are not obligated to complete these areas of the sales contract.
Sincerely,
Patrick
