After being lied to on numerous occasions, I will not consider this complaint resolved until my deposit is refunded and the check has cleared in my account. Most recently on May 9th, in an email Mr. [redacted] claimed a refund check was sent on April 21st, which I never received. From his response to this Revdex.com complaint it is clear that he knew full well that the refund check was never sent.
Mr. [redacted]'s response to this complaint that the refund will be sent in July cannot be trusted therefore I cannot accept it.
