added time to get permits, so we moved forward with out permits. The job did take longer than the estimate because we had to change the flooring because the original floor that was ordered was discontinued and it took a few extra weeks to get the proper flooring. They said they were fine with the timeline.Regarding electric I offered to send out my electrician who was to busy at the time. Discussed with home owner to bring in his own electrician and that I would take care of the difference. We have spoke several times and the homeowners decided to contact Revdex.com. At the time the job was complete they seemed happy and paid for the job. If not happy at the time of completion they should have mentioned it before paying if they felt it wasn’t to their standards. Everything was going good until one of the homeowners apparently lost job and then I feel they were having 2nd thoughts about spending money at that time. I have spoken to the homeowners on several occasions prior to this notice and was willing to work with them on a fair price for repairs and then I get this notice from the Revdex.com.
