County Insurance Agency, Inc.

Review: I have had County Agency as our insurance provider for about 30 years. In 2013 they switched carriers for our home and auto policies without my approval. I did not authorize a change from the provider we had used for several years. I have received bills and hostile letters from the un-chosen agency regarding my supposed account. I have tried contacting County Agency several times by phone to try to resolve the issue. No one has had the courtesy to respond to my calls or concerns. The last letter I received from the un-chosen insurance provider claimed I owed them money. I sent physical proof (copies of insurance policies) to them stating that I at no time required their coverage and no money was owed to them. I did advise the un-chosen provider right away that I did not switch to them or authorize a switch. They have not been cooperative either. if you need their name I can provide that.Desired Settlement: I want County Agency dinged with a major complaint. I want a response from them that the matter has been taken care of. I am not continuing with them as I renew my policies in 2014.
