It is very clear that your company is operating some type of scheme to get prospect renter's to pay expensive application fees and then deny their application(s). Your company advertises your application fee as $50 per applicant on several different websites that you are advertising your properties on such as [redacted] and [redacted] However, you charged us $79 per person for a total of $158.00 plus a processing fee of $3.00. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in this company. Poor to no communication from this company about the status of our application. Lack of urgency in processing applications. Emailed them the same documents several times but they claimed they never received them. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!
