The issues (Plural) are NOT put to restI will try to say this simply as it seems
that Mr*** is having trouble understandingIt is stated in the contract that Colorado Log builders will remove and reinstall unitsAs of today doors haven't even had the trim removed let alone the door removed and reinstalledThey addressed a total of windowsIt states in the contract that all cracks a penny width or more will be filledAs of this date there are too many cracks to count a penny width or more still not filledThere are exactly scratches and gouges in my deck ranging in length from 6-inchesI did not ask to have the deck completely restrained just to have my deck in the same condition it was in before Colorado log builders damaged it and that is what I am still requestingMr*** as always mis-quoted the contract so I uploaded the signed contract as proofIt says that they will complete the work stated, nowhere does it say that they can stop whenever they think the leaks are fixedIt says they will do stated work to units, and fill all cracks a penny width or moreThe contract has not been satisfied as stated in black and whiteI am owed the cost of the work stated in the contract for windows and doorsAlso I have stain overspray on almost every window, I now need to hire a professional window cleaner to get it off without damaging the windows at a cost of $Now to address Mr*** silly statements, His sub-contractor offered some additional work to me to try to make up for the incomplete work and awful experience with Colorado Log Builders which they did not doAs to your "I hope the check clears statement" You prove yourself to be dishonest yet again, the Check cleared by the date you wrote your response I have the bank statement and check copy as proofNot to mention that every check I gave you clearedYou however failed to pay your sub contractors so I was forced to ensure they got paidI made the final payment of $to ensure that they got paid and because I was threatened with legal actionSo now I will be the one taking legal action if this contract is not satisfiedMr*** has avoided responding to the many other issues in my Revdex.com complaint because he know that he has no argument that he can back up with proofHe has tried in vain to paint himself as a half way decent contractorColorado Log Builders is highly dishonest, disrespectful and self servingI have an estimate for filling the many unfilled cracks for $1500-$2800, windows and doors have not been addressed at each for a total of and a bill of $for window cleaningI will use the lowest end of the range for the crack filling of $I am requesting $to be refunded to avoid small claims court
