Review: The employees at this location are very unprofessional. I was told my repairs would take five days and it took eight days.I was billed more than my estimate stated. I picked my vehicle up and noticed the job was half done, my vehicle was dirty inside black finger prints all over mirrors and top of vehicle, my passenger side window is not working properly, employees changed all my radio stations and programed the stations they like, used my vehicle for personal use, used my phone inside vehicle, scratched up my steering wheel, and damaged the dash board. They will never get my business again and I will not refer anyone to do business with them. If you need your vehicle repaired do not take it there. The worst repair shop to do business with.Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repaired and cleaned properly and I would like an apology.

Response:
I spoke with Miss [redacted] and the issues were corrected. I had her bring the car back and while the car was at the shop we paid for a rental.
Thank you for your help.

I am rejecting this response because:
I took my vehicle back to have it cleaned Properly on September 22, 2014. They kept my vehicle for two days. While picking up my vehicle on September 24, 2014 I noticed that my vehicle had not been vacuumed, carpets were not shampooed as promised, half of the car was wiped down inside, scratches on driver side from them buffing the outside, rims/tires not cleaned, and stains on leather back seats. I shouldn't have taking my vehicle back to this company. The employees need to be trained to perform their duties properly. This matter has not been satisfied.
