I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. If the complaint on the watch was extra $ it was to cover the cost of the part in the watch at his point we have not received any information that the part we could not get and he claims he could we have to have documentation from the supplier of this Judy

Revdex.com spoke to Judy at business and the following was relayed: The customer bought a watch that needed an overhaul including replacing the insert. The insert needed is a 3 O'clock insert and is unavailable as it has been discontinued. The only insert available was a 6 O'clock insert. The customer was...

notified and the insert put in. After receiving the watch back, the customer was upset because he wanted the second hand to be sweeping and it no longer was. There was no 3 O'clock inserts available through any of our suppliers and there is nothing we can do to alter that. The customer stated they found the correct insert but would not provide was any contact information for that supplier to have one ordered. If customer can provide contact information to order correct part we will gladly work to resolve the insert issue.
