that he was on his way to work and that there was a D.J.’s Auto Service near his job, [redacted] travel to the D.J.’s Auto Service located at [redacted] Road, Maryland 20747. He stated that he spoke with DJ explaining the problem with the truck, [redacted] stated that he told DJ if there is a problem with the transmission don’t fix it. [redacted] stated that DJ said that he would run the diagnostic machine and see what the problem is just by [redacted] statement it sound like it just need a transfer case the amount is around $400 dollars.  At that time D.J.’s  auto received in the amount of $400.00 from [redacted] debit card, [redacted] Processed to work.DJ later called [redacted] telling him that it was only a Transfer Case that he need and that he was going to use a used transfer case. Later it turns into need a transmission repaired.   My son [redacted] called me and expressed his displeasure with DJ telling me that he lied to him and now he is stating that the truck needs a transmission.  I step in and spoke with DJ about the issue with my truck. He stated that he just wanted to get paid for the hours he worked on the truck, I stated to him that DJ at this time please don’t contact my son concerning my truck because that vehicle belong to [redacted] and you are to communicate with me. I shared with DJ that I was on travel and that when I return that I would address the issue with my vehicle.   I return to D.J.’s  Auto to retrieve my vehicle. I stated to DJ, I’m here to pick up my vehicle can I have the keys to see if the truck is working properly. He stated that I had to pay first, I asked why, he stated that that’s how it done. I said ok, and I paid the bill.    After retrieving the keys, my son [redacted] tried to start the truck and it did not start up, so the other technician stated that he will help [redacted]. [redacted] went over to get his new truck so that he could jump start the old truck in question. With no luck it did not start, so tried it again didn’t start, at that point I took out my phone and began to video record.  DJ stated that he could take the battery of the truck tomorrow. At that time DJ had my truck key. I asked DJ was he going to refund me back my money he stated no, he could not do it. I said ok I will return next week to pick up my truck.   I received a call from my son [redacted] at 6:30 in the morning that he drove past the D.J.’s  Auto where that truck was located and noticed that the truck was parked on the other side on bricks with all the tires missing.  That afternoon I traveled to auto and notice that the truck was exactly as [redacted] stated all 4 tires gone. I walked up to DJ and stated why it that my truck is sitting on bricks? He stated to the young lady call the police, the police arrived received a police report on August 29, 2016.     The police asked him for his ASE Certification it was not posted in the shop, DJ stated he didn’t have it was not sure where it was, I stated to the police that it was again the law he needed to be cited for that.     [redacted], Police Office [redacted] District III phone number ###-###-####.       Proof of payment: [redacted] Paid from his debit card$400 on July 15, 2016.   Shell D.J.’s Auto Service  I' am requesting the Blue Book Value of my truck that's he has taking and I can't find.         Proof of payment: [redacted] I paid the 479.17 on August 19, 2016       The Resolution I’m seeking: $20,000 Missing 4 rims Missing 4 tires Vehicle blue book value   I travel to
