It was a pleasure doing business with Clark Farms. In addition, the customized colors matching our home makes a beautiful addition to our landscape. Our new little duck house is so sturdy and well made, and I’m confident that it will last a lifetime. More importantly, we know that our ducks are safe at night. Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, I must say it was well worth the wait. The friendly customer service is top notch and the product is even better. We are so pleased and happy. You can bet your bottom dollar that we will use and recommend Clark Farms to everyone. This is the coolest thing we have ever purchased!!

I would not recommend ordering anything from these people whether it be a coop or chickensAs someone who did order chickens from them and they never delivered them when promisedAsk yourself this- they are making you come and pick them up right?? Then why should you have to pay in FULL anyway till then? I can see asking for a down payment to reserve an order, but paying for something in full shouldn't be necessary, especially when chickens are alive and anything can happen in the meantime

A full refund was given to *** *** back on June 16th via her credit card as per her requestWe tried to reach her with respect to picking up her birds but didn't get a phone call backShe still has the ability to pick up her birds if she wishes to do soWe are not a large chain store that has

A refund was given to ** *** for his gift certificate with us A follow up receipt was sent to him as wellHe should have picked up his coop on the opening day as instructedHe waited weeks before contacting us about the coop he never picked up and owed us a balance onNever the
less his coop was resold to another customer and we decided not to build another coop for him

We have issued a refund to Ms. [redacted] in the amount of $190.79. We agreed to refund one of the delivery amounts to Ms. [redacted]. She stopped payment on a check without so much as a phone call. There was a $20.00 bank charge from our bank as a result. Which could have easily been avoided with some...

communication. The refund of $345.00 (delivery) minus $170.16 (chickens) minus $20.00 (bank charge) is $154.84. We are also refunding the chicken feed purchase as well of $39.95. Ms. [redacted] was supposed to be getting a larger bag of feed but we didn't have one in stock. Out of courtesy we are refunding the full amount of the feed she did receive. For a total refund of $190.79. The refund was issued via [redacted] (since that is how she paid us) however [redacted] came back to us saying her account couldn't receive any funds. So, a refund has been issued via money order and sent to her home address in [redacted].The reason we charge separate deliveries is for the weight of the items and that is how we ship things. Ms. [redacted] doesn't realize it took us 3 hours to wrap the [redacted] roof and tie it on top of the chicken run so no damage would occur in shipping it. We would never ship all three items at once as it would be unsafe not only for the products but for our vehicle hauling them. Normally all three items would have come seperatly and we wouldn't have had to do all of that extra work. Since we wanted to save her $ and since we were delivering later than we planned we agreed to just two deliveries. All delivery fees and chicken feed fees were disclosed via [redacted] invoice at the time of order. If Ms. [redacted] had an issue with any of the amounts she should have not paid the invoices or asked a question right away. This complaint really saddens me. In no way shape or form was Ms. [redacted] taken advantage of.
