felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and up to $6000 fine. We had a server that questioned an out of state I.D. He had me, as well as a couple of different bartenders to make sure that he was not selling to an underage person as the I.D. was from Wisconsin that stated under 21 until 2017. The individual called that next day because they were offended because he was checking to make sure that it was a legitimate I.D. We had looked at a 2017 book that had all I.D.'s from every state, and this I.D. was not pictured in there. He and the others looked to see if the picture matched the person, as well as checking the I.D. to see if there were any discrepancies of it being a fake. The server was merely doing his job, and trying to protect himself. I stated over and over that the server was doing his job and apologized for her feeling uncomfortable. After discussing this with the individual, she than proceeded to state that all four members in here party had come down with food poisoning from four different food items. Another individual called after talking with the first person to state that she was in the same party, and had come down with food poisoning and was going to go to the doctor and submit a fecal sample. I stated to the individual that we were concerned about the food poisoning and wanted to know about the results. I never received a call from a doctor, or from the individual, as well as never receiving any documentation on lab results. We had many others order the same items, that use the same sauces, and even come from the same pans as what they ordered, and never received a call from anyone else on experiencing any symptoms.
