car "not perfect", it may have oil leaks or oil seepage, minor mechanical issue etc..as we do all of our clients that purchase vehicles with over 85k milesWe do this for their protection and understanding so they know that they may experience some issues in the future, some clients never experience anything, but we do it so we can continue to do business in a transparent wayWith that said, we discounted the vehicle for Mr*** ($431.00) because he felt that he wanted an even better price and maybe to protect him in case of an issue, speculation on my part but many clients want a little cushion when purchasing a vehicle with over 85k miles
Mr*** states he called us on the way home, but the only calls we received were days after the sale dateThis means nothing, but just stating what we have recordedHe explained that the check engine light came on and did not want to pay for the repairsWe paid for the repairs ($+/-) and he paid approx$for laborWe went over and above what California regulations recommend and over and above what we needed to as the vehicle was properly sold and disclosed
Very surprised he opened a claim, or this claim may have come prior to us rectifying the concerns

I came in after the incident with Mr. [redacted] but have spoke with him as well as e-mailed [redacted] and Chrysler. He droped off his vehicle in service for warranty? And other work, we gave him a...

rental as requested by Chrysler. [redacted] declined the work, left his vehicle but kept the rental car. [redacted] later (approx 3 weeks) gave us the ok to work on repairs, we ordered parts and repaired the vehicle. Chrysler paid for the rental during authorization by Mr. [redacted] but refused to pay during the time [redacted] "refused" us to work on his vehicle. This is his dispute number one and number two his complaint should be with Chrysler and not CJDR Marin!

This is completely inaccurate. The vehicle was dropped off due to suspension issue on January 14, 2015. After about a week they supplied me with a rental car. I allowed them to continue work on the vehicle until March 13, 2015. At this point I had them refrain from working on the vehicle until I received the communication for the Lemon Law department of Chrysler. I received word from them on March 23, 2015 and told CJDR to resume work on the vehicle. From the time I told them to resume work until I actually received the car was approximately j3 weeks (April 17, 2015). Mr. [redacted]'s comments are completely unreliable and very concerning that he is so unaware of the details of the situation.
