*** at check in on June 10, *** did call during her pets stay in the mornings when the dogs were being fed their morning mealOne of Fantasia's owners spoke to *** personally on several occasionsHe did inform her that her pets were receiving their daily snacks & playtimeEach time she called she was told there were no concerns noticed by the kennel staff to reportThe dogs checked out on June 16, *** spoke to one of the owners and noticed one of her dogs had blood in it's urine after they were homeShe was advised by one of Fantasia's owners to have her dog checked by her local vetAt that time she was told Dogs who have blood in their urine is typically caused by either a urinary track infection or the pet coming into season if they have not been spayedBoth of these possibilities were explained to *** during that phone callNeither one of these would have been caused by boardingOne of the owners of Fantasia Pet Resort tried to contact *** vet to confirm the diagnosis, but the vet told him *** did not want any info disclosed about her pet*** stated in her complaint her dog was taken to her vet because it was injured, that is FALSENo medical report was ever presented to Fantasia Pet Resort concerning this matter to prove her claimFantasia Pet Resort takes great pride in the care for all their boarding guests
