Review: On April 30th, 2014 I went through a divorce hearing at which my home, jointly owned with my wife [redacted] at the time, was negotiated to be sold with proceeds to pay remaining debts from the dissolved marriage. The home was at [redacted] Here's the problem.....No one ever contacted me or tried to contact me regarding interest in my home from potential home buyers. I was not contacted during the sale process. I was not included in sale price negotiation. I was curious one evening in early February 2015 and looked online on the public records website and discovered that my home had sold. I have not been given a HUD statement. I have no idea where my equity in the home has gone. The realtor involved in the sale, [redacted], testified in my divorce hearing on April 2014 under oath and is close to my x-wife as they are both friends and neighbors. This may be part of a conspiracy to keep information from me and hide my money.
I would like to file a formal complaint against Century 21 All Service in [redacted]. This is a cruel and ruthless act which has occurred and I would like to ask that an investigation be launched and a root cause determined. I would also like to request a HUD statement so that I can see where my equity has been dispersed to. Century 21 All Service is refusing to grant me a copy of my HUD statement. As a previous property owner in Virginia I feel strongly that my rights have and are being violated and also feel like there may have been laws broken in this case.
What law enforcement agency needs to be involved in cases like this where law may have been broken? It's possible that money has been stolen and/or laundered.Desired Settlement: see Attached document

Response:
Thank you for your notice of the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] regarding his home on [redacted]. As you will see on the attached documents, our Company was hired to list the home for sale by a Special Commissioner, through a Court Order signed by Judge [redacted]. The Special Commissioner had the authority to sign the listing agreement and Purchase Contract, which she in fact did.Included in our attachment is a response by our REALTOR, [redacted], that listed the home for sale providing a better explanation of what happened, as well as a copy of the Court Order, Listing Agreement and HUD-1 statement showing there were no funds disbursed at closing to the Sellers. Century 21 ALL-SERVICE never refused to provide a copy of the HUD statement to Mr. [redacted] as we were never asked by him to provide one. We did not break any laws but rather followed the Court Order to the letter. We understand that Mr. [redacted] is involved in a difficult situation with his ex-wife . However, we feel that after you review the Agent Response and associated documents, that you will find we followed the Court Order, as directed, regarding the sale of this home. We respectfully request that this complaint be removed from our record and should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to let us know.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

Response:
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
After review of the business's response I find it unacceptable because I have not yet received an HUD statement. They are outright refusing to give me a copy. I have asked for one repeatedly but there is never any follow up. The business's response is therefore rejected and I ask that the complaint remain in place.

Consumer
