I odered delivery, nothing fancy, just a steak tip with cheese. The girl which picked up the phone was decent said it'll be 45 minute wait, fine, no problem. An hour and 15 minutes later I called to check status of order, driver got a flat tire. Still, no worries. Life happens. Finally an hour and a half later the delivery driver shows up reaking of booze and hands me a cold sub. Now it's a problem. I call back only to be told ' well, I don't know what to tell you, toss the sub in the microwave" by the manage, just before he hung up.... had I wanted reheated food I would've craked open the fridge and pulled out a plate of leftovers. Bad, bad business for customers to have such an apauling response from a manager at a food establishment. Odered from here before, but never again. Was thrown off by such an unethical response from someone in a position that should know proper etiquette when dealing with paying consumers.
