I got the complaint filed by Mr*** *** on 3/31/I am truly sorry to hear his loss and I want to apologize for the delay of the back screen of his phoneI understand that one of my employee messed up and broke the glass backing of his *** *** ** ***I am willing to change the rear
glass of his phone and fix it for him for free of cost but I cannot fix the front screen free of cost because there is no way that a cracked rear glass can break the front screen as wellYou can go through any sources and ask any of the technicians out there and you will still get the same answer ie:there is no way that a broken rear glass can break the front screen as wellI can replace the rear glass but I wont be able to do anything about the front screen

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
  This company broke my phone over a month ago and has ignored all of my phone calls to fix my phone. They told me when they first broke the phone the same exact thing they said in the response to the Revdex.com. They still haven't returned my phone calls. This company has been given ample chances to fix their mistake and they haven't. I was forced to get a new phone as it was apparent the company wasn't going to actually fix the situation. I refuse to step foot in that establishment ever again and have passed the word on to many as well. This company says they will fix their mistakes but then never do. Due to the nearly 2 months of waiting, the cracks have worsened. I work in law enforcement and am on call 24/7 and need a reliable phone. I purchased a new phone a week ago. The only way call fashion can fix this mistake now is by sending me a check for the losses of $100.
