If you want a bunch of promises and delays and excuses, these are your guys... Do not use... Get a reputable pole building contractor or suffer

If you want poor communication and a bunch od idle promises and can wait in the back of the bus so to say to get your building built, these are the is for you...I will be bringing a suit shortly and if it costs me 10 times what the building contract says and I will win, it will all be worth it..Good luck

Our position remains that CDA Structures was hired to build the building that *** *** ordered and did so according to the plans and specs provided to usRegardless of the type of insulation or even no insulation at all the building that *** ordered did not include any ventilation systemIf *** would like CDA to provide her with a quote for an engineered ventilation system we would happily do so

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.CDA Structures did not vent the roof to functionally utilize the cupola supplied with the building, and eliminated any natural ventilation the building would have had by sealing all outside air intake points with spray insulation. A mechanical ventilation solution is unnecessary when a building has natural ventilation features such as roof vents. CDA Structures eliminated those when they finished and insulated the building. 
It is common sense that you don't make any building airtight, but especially one intended to house animals. But CDA Structures has done just that, knowing the purpose of the building from the beginning. It is an error similar to the one they made with the wash bay, an area to wash horses. They knew that was the purpose of the wash bay, but poured the concrete without slope to the drain. I discovered this when I first used it and the water ran out into the aisle instead of into the floor drain. When I notified them of this, Mr. D[redacted] talked about coming out to "shoot some lasers" over the floor after I had observed by the running water that it had no slope to the drain. Weeks later, they sent a crew to jackhammer out and re-pour the floor. 
Once again, their arrogance blinds them to common sense and simple scientific principles, and general knowledge that should be In their grasp given the business they're in. Once they have your money (and they got a lot of mine), they care nothing about the quality or use of their work product.
Their response includes a lot of completely unwarranted self-congratulation about customer service, which again applies only to the time they're collecting money.

My position remains:
CDA Structures recommended and sold me a spray foam insulation solution in lieu of the insulation specified with the building, which rendered the building completely airtight. No provision for natural ventilation was made, that is, roof vents, when they installed the cupola on the roof. The building kit included functional cupola, which are intended to accompany vents in the ceiling for the escape of air. Regards,[redacted]

Review: In November of 2013 I had a pole building put up by CDA Structures inc. I was satisfied with the structure until the poles that they in

installed started to twist at the tops. This started to happen within three to four months. I was not to concerned about it until the post that

supports the main garage door had twisted enough to cause the door to bind and was hard to open. At that time, I contacted CDA

structures and they sent an employee out to look at it. At that time, I was told that they would be out in the next couple of days to

correct the problem. No one came back and no one called. I called the office the next week, and I was assured that it was on their

schedule to be ta[redacted] care of. I waited another week before going to their office at which time I was again assured that the problem would

be ta[redacted] care of. I waited another week or so and went back to the office and again I was told the same thing. After another week I called

Mr. [redacted] which was the person that wrote the contract. At that time, there were more poles twisting, nine out of twelve with two being

really bad. He at that time sent another person to look at the problem. That person looked at the problem and said that he would get back to [redacted] and call me the next day. Needless to say, there was no call. Another week passed, so I called Mr. [redacted] back and was told that they were trying to get in touch with the company that sold the poles to see what they could do to solve the problem.. It has been about a

They told me that they would repair or replace the twisted poles that were installed by them. They are suppose to be heretomorrow to do the job. I would like for you to delay any action until they have the opportunity to correct the problem. I willbe in contact with you in the next few days to let you know if the problem has been corrected..
