I am rejecting this response because:
I have pictures of the waste on my property along with city tickets pertaining to the...

violation along with city right ups over ruts in the yard caused by the truck used to dump the trash...the city was going to issue a warrent on the good christian concrete company if the issues were not rectified.The agreement was for the christian concrete company to take car of these issues, that never happened.
