Our company performed a full service oil change on Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle on 5/17/2016. The customer returned later in the day due to loss of oil. value of his vehicle and told him he could keep the vehicle as well. The customer’s reply was that he wanted the vehicle fixed. Our next step was we took the vehicle to a [redacted] specialist. Our company paid for repairs that cost $600. (Receipts available upon request) The [redacted] specialist said this vehicle has many mechanical issues, such as; bad tie rods, the transmission is falling and vehicle has numerous fluid leaks. The mechanic said it has more than just motor issues and the repairs would exceed the value of the vehicle. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me.
Review: I had revived a oil change from Cassidy auto lube on locust street in Redding.Later the next day the oil plug was not put in proper and made my oil leak and ruined my engine.I asked the owner to help me several times and he trys to pawn me money for his mistakes.They change oil everyday and they just so happen to mess up on mine and im expected to pay for it and drive a now non-dependable broken car.Desired Settlement: my engine to be repaired properly and have no sounds or loud knocking inside the car.
