I ordered 5 *** from Casdien.com totaling $103.95 and never received my order. When I called *** they said the tracking info I had was not associated with my address. I contacted *** and they stated the shopping provided a tracking number and they couldn't refund me. I provided proof of the company indiscretions. I had 2 different tracking numbers and 2 different order dates among other things. So I decided to *** the company and found I was not alone in being scammed by this company. Not sure how they are getting real tracking numbers. There is also another company online called *** and *** websites looks exactly like casdien same products same layout but different name. It's sad how people take advantage and scam people. I hope these websites can be shut down. Please help

I placed an order for an *** 4K *** on May 4, 2020 with Casdien [ Order# ***; May 4, 2020 ]

They supposedly shipped via ***(***) but after it was not received I checked with *** but they confirmed that the name and shipping address in their system is not my information. I have tried to contact Casdien multiple times using the information on their website ( *** ) but customer service # *** is only vmail and the email provided *** also does not yield any results.
I need help - I have never had an issue like this before in the past. They have my money, I have no product (*** ) and seem I now have no recourse. I have copy of the order - please advise what I should do. They should not be allowed to get away with this.

Casdien is an online website scammer. Basically they take your money and never ship the product. They are able to create a fake tracking number to prove to "*" that the shipment was delivered, but they never delivered any product. The tracking number show the product was delivered to a different address and differen person. When I tried disputing this through *** closed the case in their favor because they were able to falsify a tracking number to dupe *. I attempted many times to contact the business and their number is also a fake number; it's a service that doesn't answer the phone. I also typed in their address and it shows me a house on maps. All around this website has been taking people's money pretending to sell products. PLEASE STOP THEM!!

I ordered a product from their website and they provided me a fake tracking number that shows delivered in my town and signed for at some dock. I called *** to ask where my package was and the rep verified that this tracking number does not belong to my name or address. The phone number the company provided is just a google number and you cannot speak to anyone. *** is denying dispute because the company provide a tracking number that shows delivered somewhere.

I placed an online order and never received the item. The phone number on the webpage never connects to anyone. The email comes back as undeliverable. The tracking number given was fraudulent. The item was never delivered. This company is completely fraudulent. I will continue to fight for my refund and ensure the public is aware this company site is bogus.

Paid for a wireless controller through ***. $31.40. They gave a tracking number for shipment with ***. Shows delivered. *** says that tracking number is not associated with my name or address and package was delivered. This company will not return email or phone call. *** will not do anything else.

I bought a 4 in 1 playpen for my new born and when I didnt recieve my package I tried calling, emailing, leaving voice mails everything to get in cantact and no answer! Ive asked for refunds and them to just contact me and I havent hearx anything back and its Been 5 days of trying.

I tried to purchase 2 *** one remotes for 59.10. When I cjeck on casdien website it says my order is still processing. They did send me a tracking number for *** and when I used it it said my package has been delivered. There is no package. I tried to contact casdien so they can take care of this issue. Ive sent several emails. Today I got an email saying that all my emails to them could not be delieverable. When I tried calling the company it was a google number with no response. This website is fraudulant. Im now filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I bought a videogame from and it was a scam.

There was no order confirmation and I was provided a tracking number which was fake. I called *** they said that package was not going towards me and instead to some school. Likewise the package says it's 6 pounds, which makes no sense for a videogame.

All the site's contact numbers bounce back and emails are undelivered.

I wanted to report this site so that it gets shut down and it doesn't scam more people. I have read similar complaints from other customers online
