Id like to start out by saying I've posted this review on Facebook once before and it has been deletedI will continue to post this review if I see it missingSo there is no point in deleting itJust continues to prove my point on this dealership Well first off the buying experience was very goodGary Dhandled the sell very wellEven stayed after business hours to meet with me so I could buy it after I got off workHowever after the sale was over so was the customer serviceAbout week after my purchase I noticed the speedometer was wrongCome to find out Carlock Ford had taken tires from a Fand put them on my FThey put P275/r max load of lbs and max psi of psiHow ever the truck is supposed to have LT275/65R20E and PSI in the tiresWell in order for the TPMS light not to be on they put PSI in the tires that were not rated for the pressure which put me and my family in a unsafe vehicleAfter I noticed this I contacted my sales men and informed him of my situation and he stated he would speak to his manger about the issueCalled back an hour later and he still had not even talked to his managerHe then put me on the phone with Jeff Athe owner who then tried to lie to me and tell me that they were a optional size for my truckAccording to my door sticker and fords service center that is incorrect which I explained to himWhen I asked about the over inflation he told me to just lower the pressure a bitHe then told me the tires they put on would get better fuel economy which is correct, However I didn't buy an Ffor the fuel mileageI bought it to haul a foot trailer which I could not do because the tires that were on the truck were not even rated for the truck weightAfter a few minutes of intense argument he told me to come and speak to him like a manSo I went into his store about week later he then told me immediately to leave the premises and to not come back that he wasn't going to help meNeedless to say as this was my first experience buying from a ford dealer ship I was extremely disappointed in ford for letting a company like this sell their vehiclesSo if you would like to purchase an unsafe vehicle you have come to the right place

Well first off the buying experience was very good. Gary D. handled the sell very well. Even stayed after business hours to meet with me so I could buy it after I got off work. However after the sale was over so was the customer service. About 1 week after my purchase I noticed the speedometer was wrong. Come to find out Carlock Ford had taken tires from a F150 and put them on my F250. They put P275/55 r 20 max load of 2403 lbs and max psi of 51 psi. How ever the truck is supposed to have LT275/65R20E and 65 PSI in the tires. Well in order for the TPMS light not to be on they put 65 PSI in the tires that were not rated for the pressure which put me and my family in a unsafe vehicle. After I noticed this I contacted my sales men and informed him of my situation and he stated he would speak to his manger about the issue. Called back an hour later and he still had not even talked to his manager. He then put me on the phone with Jeff A. the owner who then tried to lie to me and tell me that they were a optional size for my truck.
