We received an invoice from Cardiac Interpretations for services that were rendered year earlierWhen I questioned Debbie P, she was quick to let me know their computers went down, she did not file with Humana within their timeline, which they did not know because they are not a Humana providerWe corresponded back and forth with Debbie Pat Cardiac Interpretations, LLCand never did she accept responsibility for the untimeliness of their filing with Humana or their invoices due to the computer issues The issue of the billing or the lack there of is not the primary reason for this complaintThe disrespectful and offensive response from Debbie Pshows the lack of professionalism and customer serviceThe letter I received that was to provide assistance did nothing to resolve the issue at hand it was only condescending and accusing

Office submitted medical claim to *** days after the initial date of service and is now sending me a bill
I believe it was the first week of November in which I received a bill for the $and called Cardiac Interpretations, LLC to find out why I was receiving the billThe service was provided in December of and I received the bill almost a year later!! When I called to find out why I am just now getting a bill, Casey told me that they had a computer crash and he is one person doing the job of three people and he has to hand enter all of the data againCasey informed me that *** denied the claim because the provider was out of networkCasey instructed me to call *** and tell them that the situation was an emergency, we went to the emergency room and had no control over which provider read the EKG results and to resubmit the claimI also was told that he would have no problem getting on a three way call to assist me with the process

A small charge has been assessed against me that should have been billed to Medicare
The medical company which was not chosen by me but by a hospital has not billed my Medicare account for a small $chargeI have asked them repeatedly why and their only responce was "MC does not pay deductibles." I do not understand this since my Medicare deductible was paid in full and Medicare advised they have received no claim from this medical company for my care
It is now too late to bill Medicare since they have a one year time limit
