Hello Again, I do not expect anything to come of this but as a consumer, it is important to me to inform other consumers of certain business practices I have attached just one photo that hopefully will be viewable to the Revdex.com of the my first purchase from Car Nation LLC, after being inspected by a certified Mechanic.Zach I believe is the "sometimes mechanic depends when you call" guy.(actually half owner, maybe davids bro) The photo is just one of the many repairs repairs that got addressed After the Miles driven to obtain the Car and driving two cars with the family for a total of times one way within a week, Yes I was given a free tank of gas It was much appreciated, for being a 1st Car buyer with a hefty Cash deposit maybe my expectations ran highAt first upon meeting Dave I thought I was about to receive an exceptional product, instead I got a repair buggy The photo of Zip tied CV boot is enough to make any Dad worry about his Family The list of repairs we have needed has been extensive, I have quotes and receipts to prove itThen after the door swinging open on the highway that has had a faulty latch since the day we purchased and finding out the struts were junk with the fancy SPRAY painted black brakes After months this kind of all seems sort of soon and I fully regret my decision to do Business with these individuals.Best Wishes, [redacted]

While Mr [redacted] vehicle was covered under its warranty period (days/miles - a warranty on which we pride ourselves, and which is one of the most extensive warranties on used cars in the area), he expressed dissatisfaction with a previous repair made on the vehicleWhile the component in question was not one that is covered by our warranty and not one that would have any effect on the safety or reliability of the vehicle, as a gesture of good faith we agreed to replace the part, and did so without any expense to Mr [redacted] Once the repair was complete, we provided Mr [redacted] with a complimentary fu- he left Car Nation seemingly satisfied that we had addressed his concerns.Unfortunately, months after the warranty had expired on Mr [redacted] vehicle, he decided again that he was not satisfiedThis time again due to a component that is not covered by the extensive warranty that he had signedLike other dealers, whether new or used, we declined the repair request due to it falling so far outside of the warranty periodAt Car Nation, we don't consider ourselves "like other dealers" in most regards, but we do have to draw a line somewhere - in this case, we feel confident in the fairness of our decision

Drove from Westerville to Zanesville to buy a Toyota Solara from Car NationIt was the best priced Solara around, so I figured it was worth the driveI was a bit apprehensiveyou never know what you're going to get with a used car dealerBut at Car Nation, I was totally surprisedThe Solara was nicer than any of the ones I saw in Columbus, the salesman was friendly and informative instead of pushy and secretiveThe CarFax was sitting in the front seat right next to me when I test droveThe buying process was quick and easyThe salesman suggested a place for dinner (***'s, I think?) which was super goodWhat a great daywent for a nice drive, bought my dream car, and had a perfect dinner :)

I purchased a vehicle from this company back in February from A man name *** I do believe his last name is ***My son saw advertisement on Facebook for an Mustang, we spoke a few times about the vehicle and he agreed to bring the car from Jackson to HattiesburgThe day of purchase I gave him $3,for this care, he handed me a title and receipt and told me to take the title to another place the next day and they would handle the registration papers as far as me getting the tag and title in my son's nameI took the paperwork over to this business the next day and the owner did not have any knowledge of me coming, I called Mr*** back and told him I was not being helped and he told me he would take care of the matter himselfNeedless to say it is now May 21st and I still do not have a tag or title for my son's carI have called and texted this man *** and his brother *** *** many of times and all they do is give me the run around! Once the repair was complete, we provided Mr. [redacted] with a complimentary fuel-up - he left Car Nation seemingly satisfied that we had addressed his concerns.Unfortunately, 5 months after the warranty had expired on Mr. [redacted] vehicle, he decided again that he was not satisfied. This time again due to a component that is not covered by the extensive warranty that he had signed. Like other dealers, whether new or used, we declined the repair request due to it falling so far outside of the warranty period. At Car Nation, we don't consider ourselves "like other dealers" in most regards, but we do have to draw a line somewhere - in this case, we feel confident in the fairness of our decision.
