Gutters were installed and after installer left we noticed one of the gutters was not properly attached. Screws needed to secure the gutter to the house were missing. The gutter would have collapsed at the first snow storm if we didn't buy a special tool to repair it ourselves. When the job was completed the installer said to call him if there was ever a problem, which we did multiple times, to no avail. We were promised he would return to fix the problem, but he never showed up, and didn't return phone calls. What good is a company if they don't do a job right in the first place, and then don't stand behind their workmanship. Very poor customer service.
