The sales people were very helpful and helped me get the exact shed that I needed. They contacted me and let me know when the shed was ready to be delivered, and got it delivered promptly.

My experience with Capitol Sheds was a totally rewarding and stress free experience [redacted] kept us apprised of the schedule which had to change because of weatherHe and the entire crew were pleasant and informative and they did everything as promisedSince it was transported in late winter road film was seen and they came back and power washed it and the track for the overhead doors showed some corrosion several months later and they came back and replaced them even holding them a short time to accommodate my scheduleWe love the look and the storageIf I need another shed, they will get the job

[redacted] has requested in the past many times to come to her place and touand fix things on the shed Last year she had us come out and fix a rotted window sill that she wanted taken care of before the warranty expired, which we did Couple weeks ago [redacted] ask that we come out and re-level her ramp and look at the building which we did even though it was OUT OF WARRANTY We did not charge for the re-leveling of the ramp even though it was out of warranty We fixed everything to her satisfaction while the building was under warranty Now that the building is not under warranty she wants us to fix it for no charge and says we are a bad company[redacted] wants us to fix her ramp even though that is not covered under any warranty We have bent over backwards trying to please her and she does not appreciate what we have done even though no other company would go the extra mile like we have
