Don't trust this company to give you the correct price!
They give you the cheapest price for the cheapest building without telling you if the building is certified or not and that if you purchase the basic building it's going to cost you an additional 3k to get the upgrade to get it certified. They said, on quote, "We do not give prices for things you do not need". It turns out, I needed a permit and the certified. Now instead of a 8300 building it's an 11k building. Just asking for half the deposit back, but they said no. Just saying, not worth going with this company, they need to train their employees better with explaining and letting you know the true price of the building. Not just a building I can buy somewhere else for half the price.
Don't trust this company to give you the correct price!

the customer has been contacted and has been scheduled

I called and ordered a 24x30xmetal building20ft of the ft was to be carport and 10ft enclosed storageThe carport was supposed to have closed sides and an open front to drive the vehicles into for parkingSo, of the 24xspace 24xwas enclosed with a roll up door, and the 24xsection would have closed sides to block wind and rain from the sidesThe sides of the carport were not installedI called them and they said the sides were only meant to be closed at the enclosed storage section, not the carportAnd they said "well thats not what your contract saysOn the contract it just says closed sides and has a check mark beside itIt does not say at 10ftIt does say "ends closed" at 10ftYesterday when I called I was accused of trying to get something for freeI was disgusted

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 29, 2016/05/13) */ We have a repair order in the system for this customerShe has been contacted before and we are not disputing she has a leakWe will take care of the leak asapSomeone in repairs will be giving her a call today Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 31, 2016/05/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First of all I had not been contacted by the company until Revdex.com notified themSecondly, they did send a repair person out to fix the roofI was at work when the young man went out to repair the roof so I could not show him the things that were destroyed in the buildingI don't feel that it's right that my things were messed up because something on their part and the only thing they could do was to come back and repair the roofThey wanted their money before he even started to install the building so I feel I should be compensated something for my things getting soiled due to the fact that roof was leakingHowever, I do appreciate the fact that once Revdex.com contacted them they immediately sent someone out Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 33, 2016/05/23) */ It doesn't matter who contacted who to get the problem resolvedThe roof is repaired and there are no more leaksOur company is not responsible for anything you put inside of the buildingThe repair man is not someone who is going to listen to any complaints about what was or was not damagedHe is there to fix your roof and you were notified that someone was coming out to fix the buildingit seems you cant be pleased, the roof is now fixed and you want to argue over something that may have gotten wetThat's not going to happen, we do not argue with customersif you have any more problems with the building leaking etcplease call Matt asap so he can get someone back out there Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 35, 2016/05/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) First of all to be a business you have no professionalism about youThere is no argument presented just stating a fact as to the matter the situation was heldYour company definitely is not responsible for what I put in the building but if it had been constructed correctly the items would never have gotten wetThen you have the nerves to say I want to argue about something that has gotten wet but it is my property just as if it was yours I am sure you would have had a problem with itBut always remember what goes around comes aroundNo argument from me!!!

First of all there are no women that work here so that is a fabricated lie and we don't tell anyone to get a permit, that is your decision not oursThe customer didn't order the building he needed and found that out at a later dateIn the meantime he had already received the contracts that clearly state that deposits are non refundable and he signed them and sent them back under his own free willIt wasn't until later that he decided he needed something else and he would have to upgrade and now is giving truths based on the timeline to make himself out to be a victimHe signed the contracts and clearly knew that deposits are non refundable and also signed a contract stating that he gave us the authority to order the materials and that he is responsible to pay for themThe cost of the materials is $so he can pay that and we will drop those off or he forfeits his deposit for us to use that to restock his materials which is 25% or so we are clearly losing either way because of his mistakeIf he still wants his deposit refunded then he can contact or lawyers to pay the other $for the remaining amount for the materials as to the contract

He ordered a combo unit, half open and half closed like he statedThe carport section does not have sides and he didn't pay for themCarports don't come with sidesThe contract clearly says ends at 10' like he admitted toI have attached a picture of what he ordered and paid for and that's what he gotNo tricks or gimmicksIf he had paid or ordered it he would have gotten itIf he doesn't pay for it he wont get it either and he didn't mention the badgering he did on the phone or threatening the Revdex.com or slanderWe fulfilled his contract and if he wants the other panels he will have to pay for them

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/09/16) */ No one has ever perpetrated our buildings as mother nature proof and that is a blatant lieWe can increase the roof load by adding a vertical roof or gauge material or certifying a building but snow damage is not covered under any warranty impliedThe frame warranty clearly states against rust since it is galvanizedThere has never been any warranty against acts of godYour homeowners should have covered this structure providing you had homeowners but im sure you didn't and your trying to get a company to give your money backPlease provide me a copy of the warranty you have showing we cover acts of god, there is no such thing or warranty with any company and that is why you purchase insuranceSorry no refund Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/09/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We had a clear verbal discussion about the snowfall and how much this building could sustainI took your word for it when you stated that with the vertical roof, it could hold our Virginia snowI would not have purchased this if it had not been for your verbal guaranteeThis company is clearly not a company that stands by its products As you can see by the number of Complaints found online, I'm not the first person to have issues Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2016/09/21) */ The issues we have is by customers who want there building faster than it was promised and they have always received their buildingThat is none of your concernYou have your building and acts of god are not covered and no one here ever said they wereYou have a contract so you need to read what is covered under your warranty and clearly acts of god are notBecause you did not acquire insurance for your building is not our fault and we never said we would cover any building in any state including VirginiaWe do stand behind our buildings and if this was a covered issue or a warranty complaint we would take care of it like we always doWe do not promise anything verbally that is not in line with our warranties stated in our contracts Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2016/09/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Except that someone did assure me several times, that the building would hold Virginia snows without failIt was your wordIt was a verbal guarantee My insurance is not of your concernI'm not sure why it keeps entering this conversation My hope is that consumers will always check the Revdex.com to find reputable companies that stand by their word

doors are in the building, they were installed 9/21/

There were no untruthful words in the original complaintWe have held up our end of the deal but Capital Buildings has never once gave us a date or even a week when the building would be completed after months of contract returnAfter speaking to the company for clarity of the installation it was clear that they had no idea when the building would be delivered and the they proceeded to speak to us like dogsWe will not do business with anyone that speaks to people in an unprofessional, hateful, and threatening mannorAgain we have honored our end of the bargain but in return we have got nothing but malicious threats from this company when ask about a simple date of installThis company makes me nervous to deal with and we want to cut all ties with them going forward

Have already addressed his complaints and have an open repair order in house to fix his building. When customer calls he needs to learn how to talk to people, when you cuss out the people trying to help you then you get hung up on. Threatningpeople here will cause us to completely void your contract... and refuse to fix anything.Treat people the way you want to be treated. His building will be fixed asap.

I am rejecting this response because:I previously filed a complaint against Capitol Buildings about weeks ago, they responded that the building install would be scheduled but I still have no progress can you please reopen the complaintMy name is [redacted]
