Hello this is jennifer from California mufflers yes Ms [redacted] did come in with a check engine light we put the diagnostic machine to check the codes one code was a pwas a misfire on cylinder number , a Psomething to do with the transmission and pknock sensorI show Ms [redacted] the codes and then she said She went to get an oil change and was told she needed her spark plugs change, then she said that we already did her spark plugs a year agoMy response was my machine does not say anything about sparks plugs it say u have a misfire on cylinder #5, it can be a ignition coil , fuel injector or a spark plug, I need to check why first I said bring your receipt from the spark plugs and if the issue is your sparks plug don’t worry you are under warranty if we did the spark plugs, but we need to check it firstNow the knock senor she been having that code since last year and we recommend her to change it but she didn’t want toThe transmission code we need to check why she has that codeMs [redacted] was goin to bring the car the next morning for us to check it with timeNext morning she comes with other old receipts from one year ago and two years ago where we change the camshaft sensor and crankshaft sensor No receipt said anything about spark plugs being changedShe said she wants her money bac from that time because she changed them twice and she don’t know whyI said the second time we changed it you should of told us you change it and we would of cover the warrany we have warranty at [redacted] auto parts where we bought the part from,,, they just ask for the old part and give me a new one at no chargeSometime parts comes defectiveI told her I can’t give her any money back.,,, but her car didn’t have any issues with her crankshaft or camshaft sensors at this timeShe has the knock sensor and misfire and transmission codesI try to explain but she was rude to me saying she wanted her money in front of my customers

I had a *** *** call me asking that his car was over heatingHe explain that he had it check by someone and that person said that it was a cooing fan relay
Mr.*** said that he had the part and just wanted to know the labor priceI told him that it was better for us to double check the vehiclehe asked how much it would be to check it, I told him $dollars if you don't to the job, and if you do the job then that fee will be wavehe said that he was coming from king drive and he wanted us to put the part he hadI told him that if it didn't work I had to still charge him for the labor dollarsMr *** said that he trusted that person and just wanted to put on the part he had inI said okay> then he came in and I told him again the same thing, he agree and we went on with the serviceswe put the part in and did not workedI told my mechanic to check the issue because I just didn't want to take his money without letting him know what was wrong with his carso we told him it was his modulehe asked to check the price so I did total was for part and labor it was a dealer itemhe said fine then I told him it was goin to be dollars for laborMr *** made a huge scene in the office told all my customers that we "suck"

Total fraudulent response I'll be FTC reporting now.first of all accordingly I have as a disabled male the right to see all displaying of cost of any "hidden fees "charges for inspections to displayed conspicuously before the mechanics proceed with anything.that was not the case.on phone by the lady *** I was told I'm not gonna charge you(due because I was referred by *** whom she knew)secondly as to the claim the company alleges about telling customers things their was wat appeared to be a :drug transaction where a lady and a man came in with strange bags and a fake baby carriage looking suspicious with carriage completely covered.they snickered in Spanish looking at me speaking to *** as she changed from English while they viewed me leaving rather promptly dropping off no car.another gentlemen popped up rgt when I was about to leave as I was hounded about a mysterious charge that was for services trusted upon me(business west law I'm not responsible to pay for,not only that the diagnosis was;is incorrect .who h is also fraud.she placed the money in her pocket ,yelling and getting worked up,actually didn't give me a receipt and when requested one coming back in she threatened me with "I'll call the police and acting strange.she vanished quickly when I gave her my money & that guy whom looks like a prisoner came in)she swiftly went into restroom on my receipt her writing she misdiagnosed .y car and lied thru misrepresentation of facts also she started yelling getting "nasty first due to me teaching her the law which she resented .I will report them to feds and inspector gen agencies also consumer affairs because I froze my *** off as I watched her (during g my car being placed in garage never being adverted of anything,"she peeped at me as she was in garage which now tells me she contrived this all along.,told me tell *** part was defected they'll give u your money ,yet the part I returned was never used.it was a scheme to charge for services and repairs non rendered.I asked to speak to owner (on cell I called she denied screened my call)-i had no choiceI told mid us on 100th and Cicero and he even knew as a manager something was wrong.trust me the car is at*** in *** .it was not a fan control module.I called ford dealers downer grove part doesn't exist nor does anyyyy!! Of the egregious lies thattthe if" told .accordingly the constitution states a corporation that is dissolution which this company is is liable for actions of their tortfeasor/partnersI can contact springfie LDI'll having their license revoked under bad faith also because it was $I have the right to sue for pain suffering fraud and a tort its up to them.I just feel robbed also offended by her lies and scam works .she should be fired and highly watched also this business.see consumer laws and statutes see attorney general complaints to come.I rest

Because respectfully she the hostile one!! Could have just said"l(like I told her)-"sir Mr *** before we began and I know "*** sent you here but were gonna do this or that and since we as a business did not /are not displaying the cost of inspection fees (only our $)cost labor-i must let you know sir that,it will be $charge" whether or not I agree or would had agreed is another story.upon explaining that ,she snarled cutely and began to go ham!!I begged "mame I'm disabled take it easy I feel your taken advantage of me"!then she continued to rant and !the theatrics blah blah!!yelling duressing,asserting police (I take it because I'm black her scare tactic was to move me quickly before her transaction took place)-thats her business.what's my business is a refund because it wasn't the fan control module .period the car is in Missouri and that wasn't it it was a temperature control sensor switch (something)she misgiagnosed my car put the money in her pocket scared me the living *** out of me,ran back and forth in there peeking at me while I couldn't see my car actually getting worked on! The part wasn't touched.she or owners should know the law.you can't thrust a benefit on someone expecting payment a refund is the ruling in any court and I'm gonna come under indigency.oh yea I'm holding off on other agency's until this is resolved I'm winning.its about principal and she was so nasty.I know the guy with all the tattoos on his hand whom popped up around the same time with the Spanish speaking no car packages, fake baby carriage came and went looking highly suspious.then she vanished in washroom .again I've seen it all at I was taken advantage of as disabled adult and fraudulently had my car misdiagnosed for $50-on phone she said she'd looks out for me and knew shaggy,they shouldn't do work without warning customers of fees period!!!

catalytic converterI gave her a price and she also said she had leak, and wanted us to check itwe moved the vehicle in our shop and seen she had abs light traction control light on and also seen her car had brake issuesI asked my mechanic to check that for her tooThe leaking was a cause from the oil pan gasket and oil pressure sensorReason for abs light and traction control light was from the two hub bearings they come with the abs sensorshe also needed front brake padsI called Ms.*** and gave her a total of 1,dollars and she said yes to do the jobWhen the vehicle was ready she came in paid cash and gave her a receiptOne month later she calls upset and said her vehicle is leaking in the same placeI told her bring it in and if its leaking from our repairs she would be under warrantyshe brings the car and its leaking from intake gasketsI explain to her and in her own words she said 'I brought the car to be fixed so why is it leaking one month later''I try to explain to her but she was extremely mad starting to say inappropriate language then she hangs upTwo days later her brother comes in with a girl and try to threated metold them if they don't leave I will call the policeso they leftI don't understand why they saying I did not give them a receipt when they paid in full?

I am so sorry to report this is a bunch of lies!!! She threarhed us with bringing some and I quote"*** in here"!And There were no issues with my brakes what so ever!!! And no,I did not receive my receipt she called me that it was there and they were already closed I said I'd come back tomorrow and when I went she couldn't find it I gave her time and I called up there a few days later to see if she was in for the day and the mechanic who I spoke to I can't remember his name said he doesn't know where it is that I would have to wait for *** to come backIf I have to I will have my brother and his girlfriend also put in a complaint because she was very very rude to them when I pulled up all I heard was her mouth going on this is not the first time they've done something to a customershe quoted me one thousand three hundred and eighty dollars and that's when I gave her and she put it in her pocket not in a register.I would not cheat nobody and I don't want no one to cheat me I just lost $and repairs again with another mechanicThis is totally ridiculous! We fixed the leaks the vehicle hadNow about the spark plugs we never touched? I don't think its fair she wants her money back when it was fixedif the vehicle is leaking from the same parts we replace it would be under warranty and she wont be chargeYes she did bring her brother and his girlfriend but I never used no profane language in fact it was used toward mei would fixed any leaks we fixed and if they are leaking from the same location I would cover with no problem

She was going off on my brother and his girlfriend when I pulled up to her fathers businessI can hear her outside yelling at themShe called and told me she couldn't get spark plug off and changed the restIf they were to try to take it off they would do more damage to my car!! I need to find another way to deal with this businessUnbelievable how many lies are coming from herI have many witnesses! I would not be filing a complaint against this business if it weren't trueThis is totally ridiculous what I am going through here!

called me up while I was at work one time, they said they wanted to work with me, I told them I would give them a call back at lunch, did so, they didn't answer the phone I left a message, they never called me back
