C & M Do It All Handyman Services

Put a concrete in front and on side of house water is pooling in corner of foundation.
On March 30,2020 Chris M gave me an estimate on concrete work. I asked if we needed a permit and was told no. Also asked if he was licensed he said yes. 2 days after job was done it rained and there was an inch of water pooling against the foundation. I sent a message to C & M Do It All 4/5/20 was told he would come on 4/5/20 never showed he messaged me and said it looked like rain so he would be here 4/6/20 never showed I sent several messages and he never reply's. Also had someone from the City of Edgewater come out to inspect. Was told they cannot do anything because there was no permit pulled. Thank You

We hired Chris M, C&M Do it all Handyman, for a tear down and retile master bath shower stall, and install new faucet.We gave him $140.00 for some supplies and he purchased the wrong size Durarock and the wrong size shower pan liner. He gave no receipts to us so we were unable to return items. They tore the shower down, which was fine. HOWEVER upon starting the job, we were in and out of bathroom just to see what was happening because it was taking ALL DAY for a small job. We were told by him that they installed the new shower faucet BUT there is now a leak caused by them. They cut our copper piping so short, they then tried to rig it back to stop leak and were unsuccessful. We then decided better safe then sorry and have them leave and NOT finish any other work. We called in a plumber who was shocked at the mess they had made, the plumber made the repair and it cost us $113.00 for that. We then removed the durarock installed by them which they were going to use, which was way too thin. Behind that was wet rotted insulation, wet rotted wood, pieces of rotted loose wood, and a grab bar support they installed with pieces of sand paper bcs they cut the support too small and filled it with sand paper pieces. We removed the step over they installed which was wet and also rotted, but they had covered that with our OLD sheet rock which was removed and mushy wet,never using the new supplies. What they covered up was a wet, rotting mess NEVER once telling us, they just covered it over which would of without a doubt been a problem later on !! So it cost us $75.00 for tear down, $140.00 for wrong size supplies, and plumber for their damage $113.00
