I took my son to C&G Wholesale on Oct 7, 2013 to purchase two police uniforms and other equipment for his new job. There was only one shirt in stock but the gentleman helping us said they were expecting more that week. The uniforms needed to be altered (zipper put on the shirts and pants hemmed and red piping sewed on) and since one shirt would have to be shipped for $5 we were told the entire order, two pants and two shirts, could be shipped to my home in Greenville, TX for $10. I agreed to pay this instead to waiting the 45 min for the items that were in the store to be altered. We took the equipment we bought with us and left the uniforms for alteration. I paid the 491.43 which included the $10 freight and when I asked about a receipt was told it would be mailed with our order as soon as everything was ready. On Oct 17th my son called about the uniforms and was told they were ready but had not been shipping because they thought someone would pick them up. He asked for uniforms to be shipped. On the 18th the box arrived containing one shirt and two pants but no receipt. I called store about missing shirt and was told the manager was out of town till Tuesday and order could not be fixed till then. I asked about a receipt and was emailed a receipt by Olivia. I called again on Oct 28 at 2pm. Explained about missing shirt and was told by lady on phone that she was on her way to lunch and would look into it & call me back. On Oct 30th at 4pm I called back again and spoke to the same person who said she would have to talk with the person who shipped the order but that person was out sick that day and said C&G did not even have the shirt in stock it would have to be ordered. I have never heard back from C&G or received the shirt. My son needs more uniforms but I will have to find some other place to get them as the customer service for this store is unbelievable.
