We have had a horrible experience with this company. One of the contractors, [redacted] was supposed to repair the floor in my great-grandmothers kitchen on January 25, 2014. He had come out earlier that week, told us that he would charge $1130 to repair the floor and replace her garbage disposal, and received the full payment. He was supposed to arrive at 8am. We had a lot of snow that day so we suspected that he may call to cancel or possibly be late. We called and texted him to find out what he had decided to do. He did not reply until 12:07 that he would have to reschuedule. That was strike 1. The last time I have heard anything from [redacted], was February 3! None of the phone numbers that I have for him and his company work. I have tried emailing and even snail mailing my concerns to him and have had no response. Basically, he scammed a 99 year old lady and stole her $1130. I will never contact this company for anything ever and will advise anyone who is considering using them to avoid them like the plague as well. It is really too bad because my great-grandmother really wanted to have her floor fixed, but now, she cant afford to pay anyone else to do it.
