Review: I purchased cushions for my boat. The cushions were extremely overdue. I called three times to find out the delivery date. Upon arrival, the cushions were not the right size for our boat. I have contacted the seller numerous times by e-mail and by phone, left messages, and have received no response.Desired Settlement: I would first and foremost desire that the business try to remedy the situation. This would involve them replacing the cushions with the appropriate sized cushions. If that is not possible, I would ask that I be refunded the considerable amount of money that I spent so that I can get some cushions that fit the seats in the cockpit.

In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted], we have arranged return of the
cushions and have received them. We are working with her to remedy
the situation.
[redacted] called on 7/2/2013 and spoke with
my [redacted]. She.gave me the message, however, I thought
she had sent the customer a return shipping label. This was a simple
misunderstanding between the two of us. On 7/3/2013, [redacted] called again,
however, our business closed early for the July 4th holiday. We were
closed on July 5th when the customer called again and left a message
on our recorder. [redacted] was on vacation the following week.
I have spoken to the customer and will take
care of the size issue with her.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We are working together to sort through the issues. He is remaking the cushions. I am hoping to receive them in the next two weeks at the outset.
