On 11/19/2013, I purchased a pair of [redacted] boots from C&C Fashion & Primitives. The sales woman said they were on sale due to her over ordering. These boots were purchased for my granddaughter as a Christmas Gift. After opening them on 12/25/2013, my granddaughter realized these were not real [redacted]s. On 1/8/2014, my Granddaughter and my son took them back for a refund and the sales person said its been to long and they would only exchange them for another pair of 'Fake" [redacted] boots. My son explained to her that he did not want to exchange them but simply wanted the money back and provided two sales receipts. Also my son informed her that a friend also returned a pair of [redacted] boots on 12/27/2013, due to them being fake and their money was given back (their boots were purchased in November 2013 as well). After going back and forth, the sales person stated " there is nothing else I can do and if you want to sue me that is fine." At no time did the sales person inform us these were knock off [redacted]s and there was no signs in the store stating these boots were fake.
