[redacted] will not do what he promised. the man took my money to resolve a credit issue. I ended up with a judgement against me without any knowledge a final court date. this is his second business to open within 3 years almost the same name. do not give this man a single dime he will rip you off !!!

Thank you so much for this review. They sent me a letter and I was gonna call them, but I always check reviews first.

Review: I was billed for services that were not provided. They were supposed to negotiate a settlement with a debtor out of court, or refund 395 dollars. They failed to negotiate the settlement. I called to get a refund, and the number is out of service. They are not replying to e-mails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, as stated in their contract.

I am rejecting this response because I was contacted on 10/9/13 and told that a refund would be sent. As of 11/4/13, I have not received that refund or any communication that the refund is coming until this complaint was updated. I do not believe the refund is actually forthcoming. I believe the business owner is attempting to maintain a cooperative record with the Revdex.com while stringing me along for my refund.

Review: Mr. [redacted] made initial contact with me via mail when two lawsuits regarding a debt were filed against me, I called C&C Consulting and spoke to Mr. [redacted] who claimed he would mediate and directly contact the plaintiff for a fee of $595 (Covering mediation for both civil suits, he immediately collected the $595). Two weeks weeks had passed after Mr. [redacted] and I spoke and there were no news and every time I called Mr. [redacted] to get a status he would tell me that the attorney representing the plaintiff "travels a lot", that he's not able to reach her and he's leaving messages, I finally decided to call the plaintiff myself and my call got answered the very 1st time and not only that, every subsequent call I made to the plaintiff got answered (This is a collection agency in the business of answering their phones to collect money after all) and when I asked the plaintiff if they'd been contacted by someone -namely Mr. [redacted]- I was told "No". I then contacted Mr [redacted] requesting a refund as this is stipulated in the paperwork him and I signed, he congratulated me on getting things done myself and said he would mail a check to me refunding the $595 (I have e-mails proving this) , that never happened and all e-mails/calls to Mr. [redacted] requesting that a refund be made suddenly stopped being answered. I'm only looking for the money I paid for a service I never received. I can show e-mails that corroborate everything mentioned here.
