On August 22, *** ** *** purchased a Chevrolet Sliverado from C & A Motors on which day they agreed to a price that was much lower than asking priceHe was aware the suspension was altered, despite that he went ahead with the
purchase and signed Buyers Guide and Due Bill accepting dealer was not responsible for alterationAs the selling dealer we are willing to repurchase the contract from the fender and taking it out of his handsAs previously mentioned, at the moment all that C & A Motors has to offer is the repurchase of the vehicle as we have supporting documentation to show that he had agreed to no further promises

The delayed response from C&A Motors is quite convenient to say the least*** ***, a representative of the business states I agreed to purchase the vehicle for much lower than the asking priceI agree I purchased the vehicle approximately $lower than the asking price but who wouldn't request a dealership to go down on their price?
It is true I signed a due bill, buyer's guide, and accepted the dealership was not responsible for the alteration of the vehicle (lift kit)What C&A Motors neglected to place in their buyer's guide and contract was the vehicle had a bent leaf spring, incorrect mileage, and a malfunctioning accelerator pedal
Furthermore; *** *** neglected to address the vehicle's accelerator pedal and the fact they sold a vehicle with a speedometer that was not calibrated correctlyGiven the vehicle's speedometer is reading mph slower that means the actual odometer reading is off and they sold a vehicle that has higher mileage than what was reported
I find it significant C&A Motors is now offering to buy back the vehicle when I have spent over $fixing itIf they would have offered to buy back the vehicle in August and September of I would have accepted their so called offerUnfortunately for me and my family I had to make the vehicle safeIt is apparent C&A Motors definition of "Altered" suspension means it is broke and unsafeMy definition, on the other hand, means a lift kit
Reimbursement of the money I have spent to make the vehicle safe would be niceI understand that C&A Motors is unwilling to do thisHopefully, people who are thinking about buying a vehicle from the business will read this and think twice

have since been in contact with Ms. [redacted], her request to trade the vehicle for a new one. There are several factors to be considered, First the customer needs to requalify for the purchase a new vehicle. We have to consider the trade in valve and credit qualifications, but we would be happy to assist under the correct circumstances.

C&A Motors serviced the A/C on our truck and the issue was worse when we got the truck back.
After C&A motors serviced the A/C on our truck we noticed there was a leak coming from the coil. We called C&A motors two days after we found the leak. They said we should have called them the same day. We notified them as soon as we saw the leak. They said someone would be contacting us and nobody called us back. We continued to call and 6 business days later they told us to bring the truck in. We took the truck to them and they said we have to pay half for the repairs and the part. They should fix the issue free of charge because they serviced the A/C and did not check for leaks before giving the truck back to us. They are not willing to help us in anyway.
