WELL, first, last year I was put into a delinquent account after four months b/c I didn't pay my entire deductible which was $1000.00.. when I complained, they told me it was MY FAULT b/c I didn't inform them first. That didn't stop them from accepting EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT ON TIME. I told THEM that I didn't know I HAD TO b/c it wasn't written anywhere. I wrote to the CEO of Byram, twice, and never received a reply!! (can you say UnderCover Boss????)
Now, two months of playing games, I still have no insulin pumps! The first order was canceled according to them.. why? I didn't call them back.. Well, the phone number they had was one I had over 12 years ago! They verified name, address, but never a phone number. Second order canceled last week. Why? Because, Byram told me, that I had to be seen within six months at my Dr. ofc.. really? Then I quote THEM the pharmaceutical law (I worked in insurance and medical offices :) :) ) .. then I was told my Dr. hadn't faxed them my chart notes.. umm, WHY? The Dr. should be faxing to my insurance co: Not to THEM.. more on this after I speak with an attorney.
So, this type I diabetic, over 45 years now, is suffering with these games BYRAM INSISTS ON PLAYING... Wrong, wrong person to screw around with!!!
