[redacted] test drove the Mitsubishi Eclipse in question and he had the opportunity to take the vehicle to any mechanic of his choosing to have it inspectedHe was given a day warranty covering the engine, transmission, differential, and internal parts as is the same with all of our customersHe called our office roughly weeks after purchased stating the engine was blown We immediately offered to pick it up but couldn't because it was impounded We didn't hear back from him until a week later when he called saying it was broke down almost hours awayWe offered to pick the car up at no charge to [redacted] but all he was interested in both times he called was getting money, even though I told him both times I would honor my warrantyHis only interest seemed to be getting moneyHe had his father pick him up insteadWe had the cd player installed and programmed by local dealership on 8/21/15, new tires installed by local tire shop 7/14/15, and our licensed mechanic check it thoroughly end to end on 8/13/We have receipts for everything in our filesThis car had a slap stick changing the vehicle from automatic to standard and if driven improperly or if abused it could cause problemsBut due to the fact that [redacted] refused to bring it to me or let me pick it up and also he complained with different stories that didn't match his previous call or make sense we never were able to evaluate the carUnfortunately we can't fix something if I can't get the vehicleIt's never been proven by a mechanic that such problems ever existedPlus we fear the car has been abused and cannot be responsible for thatIn closing, we tried to get him to bring the car in, we tried to go get it, we tried everything we could [redacted] refused to complyHis only interest was money not fixing the vehicle [redacted] By-pass Auto

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN AT Revdex.com, I'M ANSWERING THIS COMPLAINT ON BEHALF OF *** *** UNFORTUNATELY I'VE NEVER SINCE OUR BUSINESS OPENNED HAVE SOLD A VEHICLE TO A PERSON BY THAT NAME. BUT THE ACCOUNT SHE'S REFERRING TO BELONGS TO
*** ***N. I'M VERY RELUNCTANT TO RELEASE ANY INFORMATION REGUARDING HIS ACCOUNT BECAUSED I'VE NOT SPOKEN TO HIM PERSONALLY SINCE HE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE ON 11-8-14. THE MILEAGE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE WAS 221,AND IT WAS THE LOWEST PRICED VEHICLE I HAD FOR SALE AT THAT CURRENT TIME. TO HELP *** *** I REDUCED THE DOWN-PAYMENT TO $AND I DID NOT MAKE HIM PAY HIS TAXES, FEES, OR LISCENSING UP FRONT...I ADDED IT TO THE BACK OF THE LOAN. JUST TO HELP A YOUNG COUPLE GET A VEHICLE WHEN THEY WEREN'T FINANCIALLY CAPABLE OF GETTING ANY OTHER CAR WITH THE AMOUNT THEY HAD. WE WERE UNAWARE THAT *** *** WAS PURCHASING THE VEHICLE TO USE AS AN OUT OF STATE WORK VEHICLE TRAVELING TO MANY STATES FOR EMPLOYMENT BECAUSE AT THE TIME OF SALE WE EXPLAINED IT WAS HIGH MILEAGE...GOOD TO USE LOCALLY NOT ACROSS THE U.S. HE WAS GIVEN THE SAME WARRANTY WE PROVIDE FOR ALL OUR CUSTOMERS WHICH IS A DAY WARRANTY PAYING PERCENT PARTS AND PERCENT LABOR CHOOSING THE RIGHT TO USE OUR OWN MECHANICS THAT ARE CERTIFIED AND TRUSTWORTHY. GOING BACK IN *** *** NOTES I ONLY SEEN ONE TIME HE CALLED WITH A PROBLEM WHICKH WAS 12-4-14. HE TOOK IT TO *** *UTO SHOP (NOT OUR MECHANIC) AND EVEN THOUGH HE BROKE THE RULES I WAS STILL GONNA COMPLY WITH MY WARRANTY BUT HE CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT PERSONALLY DUE TO PNEUMONIA AND NEVER RESCHEDULED OR CALLED ME TO TELL ME THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED. INSTEAD HE DROVE THE VEHICLE OUT OF STATE BACK AND FORTH FOR MONTHS AND DIDN'T CONTACT US UNTIL IT WAS BROKE DOWN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN *** ***A. EXPECTING US TO PAY TOWING AND REPAIRS. BUT IT WAS HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO LIVE UP TO THE CONTRACT HE SIGNED NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO EXTEND OUR WARRANTY. THEN INSTEAD OF *** CONTACTING US HE HAD HIS WIFE AND MOTHER CALL OUR OFFICE MAKING THREATS, CALLING MORE THAN TIMES IN AN HOUR, AND WE HAVE THE MOTHER RECORDED THREATENING US AND USING VULGAR LANGUAGE. BASICALLY SAYING SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAR. NORMALLY SINCE HE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY IT WOULD BE HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND STAY TRUE TO HIS CONTRACT BUT SINCE HE WON'T CALL AND HIS MOMMY AND WIFE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TAKE OVER HIS ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN DIFFICULT TO FINALIZE. BUT WE LET THEM PAY $500 WHEN THEY OWED $AND GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO RELEASE THEMSELVES FINANCIALLY SO THAT THEY WOULD QUIT THREATENING OUR STAFF AND HARRASSINHG OUR PHONE LINE WE USE FOR BUSINESS. WE JUST WANTED ** *** *O SIGN OFF BECAUSE WITHPOUT SPEAKING TO HIM THEY HAVE NO RIGHT DISCUSSING HIS ACCOUNT. BUT AS STATED BEFORE HE REFUSES TO CONTACT US. THE VEHICLE WAS UP FOR REPOSSESSION FOR NON-PAYMENT DURING THE TIME THIS ALL TOOK PLACEBUT I TOOK THEY'RE $PAYMENT AND RELEASED THEM OF THE REST AND THATS HOW I RESOLVED THIS MATTER. STILL CONCERNED OF ALL THE THREATS THOUGH. WE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BY REDUCING THE DOWN PAYMENT, HONORING OUR WARRANTY, AND TRYING TO HELP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. BUT WITHOUT TALKING TO *** WE JUST WANTED RELEASED FROM HIS MOMMY'S PROFANITY AND UNPROFESSIONALISM

same with all of our customers. He called our office roughly 2 weeks after purchased stating the engine was blown.  We immediately offered to pick it up but couldn't because it was impounded.  We didn't hear back from him until a week later when he called saying it was broke down almost 2 hours away. We offered to pick the car up at no charge to [redacted] but all he was interested in both times he called was getting money, even though I told him both times I would honor my warranty. His only interest seemed to be getting money. He had his father pick him up instead. We had the cd player installed and programmed by local dealership on 8/21/15, new tires installed by local tire shop 7/14/15, and our licensed mechanic check it thoroughly end to end on 8/13/15.
