I have information from our 3rd party that they provided an RA number to the customer on 6/26/14, a return tag was sent to the customer on 6/30/ The return tag has not been used and the battery has not been returned as of today They sent it again today At this time they are waiting on the battery to be returned and then a full refund will be issued to the customer including shipping chargesThe e mails sent to the customer [redacted] @yahoo.com have went thru with no kick back or rejection [redacted] Customer Service Mgr Webster St Shelbyville In 317-392-
