this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The business' response is not accurate; it never contacted me. I made numerous calls to the business (the salesperson) and no one would ever respond to my calls. I wanted to know when my ad would be up so I could view it. The business would never provide me evidence of the lineup or proof that ad was published on TV. Our check was accepted and cashed; since it has not performed as promised its response is unsatisfactory.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
We, [redacted] and Business Directory Services, agreed that [redacted] will be refunded 50%, which equals $100.00. In addition the Business Directory Services will provide free televisions advertisements in the same format and manner that was previously purchased by [redacted]. Our advertisement will be televised in the Fall of 2016 and Business Directory Services will contact Giovanini prior “airing” to make sure all the business information is current.
