We received complaint ID [redacted] on March 21, The customer purchased the item on 2/13/via our online store The product was shipped 2/16/ At some point the customer mailed a package to us which was received on 3/10/ This package has been torn open and taped shut at some point before it arrived in our procession Because there was no product in the package, we cannot refund the purchase We suggested the customer claim the loss with the US Postal Service however, the customer failed to insure the package We supplied pictures to the customer showing the damage to the shipping package to assist if they chose to file a claim with the Postal Service We have a long history of refunding purchases when sent back to us, even without a return merchandise authorization number, but we must receive the product before we issue a refund Thank you for your inquiry
