Please see the following:
Painting- Color charts were provided to the homeowner on Thursday Aug 11th,2016 by our painter. Our painter also indicated that we would need their selection b Monday as that was when we planned on starting to paint....

Colors were provided to our painter the next day and we accepted them as their selection. However we will agree to repaint the walls with a new selected color, and will include any missed areas in the front entry. The paint used on the closet doors was a [redacted] Eggshell product matching the walls, and we will repaint these as well with a selected paint of their choosing.
Mantle and Baseboards - These were not originally part of the insurance repairs, and painters tape was used to cover while doing work. This tape is usually relatively gentle on these surfaces but if they removed paint we will repaint these items.
Windows - Prior to any repairs started we noted broken window trims on the living room window. We also noted that a locking mechanism had been moved to a different location on the window frame due to previously broken pieces. Our painter did open a window but not without due care.
Damaged cabinet - Cabinet was damaged by [redacted]. It is our understanding that [redacted] contacted the home owner and offered to settle. Suggested they give the offer consideration and get back to them. To our knowledge no call has been make to [redacted]. We will suggest that the homeowner selects a cabinet of like, kind, and quality, and once both parties agree we will incur the cost.
Chest of Flatware - We did pack out the buffet. All items were boxed and moved to [redacted]. When contents were ready to be moved back all items from [redacted] were returned to the home. We normally unpack and place contents however the homeowners preferred to do this themselves. As a result we cannot speculate on the location of the chest. We can confirm that all items moved to [redacted] were returned. If a description of the chest can be provided we can view our pictures in order to assist the homeowners with their search.
We did charge for a post construction cleanup, and did perform this task prior to the contents being moved back in.
