phone number and told to call the manufacturer who is responsible for the warranty as outlined on our website and signed purchase agreement. Customer contacted us again about a week later. She stated she was not happy with the machine and wanted to return it. It was originally explained to her clearly that his was an inexpensive mechanical machine not designed for heavy commercial use and that once received the sale was final. However, any issues with the machine will be covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and that she had to deal with the manufacturer directly concerning those issues. I did tell her that once the machine was repaired and working properly I would try to resell it as a used machine and work o n upgrading her to a higher quality (and more expensive) electronic machine designed for commercial use. I never heard from her again, neither by phone, mail or email. Copies of emails, signed invoice, signed purchase agreement and warranty information are available for review if needed.
Today, I also contacted the manufacturer in regards to satisfying this matter. Copy of the email correspondence to them and reply from them are available for review if needed. I have also called them and they have assured me that the customer's concerns will be taken care of. The customer has also complained that the equipment is cheap and flimsy. That is not the case. This equipment is manufactured for those looking low budget and affordable and not willing to purchase the higher priced higher quality machinery. This machine is designed for small and low to medium use non-general public locations. In other words it designed for small offices and small controlled environments.

Review: We placed an order on 07/**/2015 for $416.30 and never received the product. The invoice was charged to our credit card. I have called and e-mailed them several times and was told the check was mailed out. We still have not received a refund. I deal with many suppliers and have NEVER had this happen!Desired Settlement: Refund our money.

Review: Budget Vending told me everything I wanted to hear. Including when my vending machine was coming. I paid 294 dollars for it to arrive 3 weeks late. Once it got heat it was nothing like they told me. Its cheap and flimsy.Not at all like they say. They said they backed it with a warranty for parts since they would not take it back or refund or exchange it. The number they gave me kicks you straight to a voice mail service. I have left messages for two weeks and not once have the called me back or tried to help me. I now have had a broken machine for a month and am out 1800 dollars.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace my machine or at the very least send someone to come work on it. it has not worked since the day we got it.
