This bag was offered a 75% refund due to it had been customized by the customer to have her personal livestock brand on the front of the diaper bag making it non re-saleableI feel this was a case of buyers remorse as the buyer has greatly expressed she doesn't not have a lot of money and does not have additional money for another diaper bag to purchaseThe strap had an adjustable hole to make the strap an extra 2" shorter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when ordering a bag I paid a lot of money for I expect the quality to be betterThe hole does not look like it is there to shorten the strap which is already too short to wearYou would have to unscrew it from the strap to even raise it upThe pictures of the bag were deceivingThe money I spent on the bag was particularly for a diaper bag that I saved up for by myselfI would not be returning it if there weren't so many problems with itI have attached just a few of the problems there are with this bag Regards, [redacted]

Maybe you didn't understand my full refund message? You will be paying shipping. So you will be reciebing $168.75. They was your total before shipping when you originally placed the order. I told you this in messages I will not be covering your shipping expenses as I told you I wasn't going to loose money on shipping and the damages you have done to the bag.

I honestly don't know why this is even still an issue as of 12:am the customer messaged she accepted a full refund minus shipping that I have offeredI have yet to receive tracking this offer will remain for more business days after the day refund she will forfeit the refund or our offer to fix the bag for her and accept the bag as isWe have made every attempt to rectify the situation and the customer is still unsatistfed and proceeds to slander our name which if continues we will have to hand her messages over to our local attorney to file chargesShe in messages boldly stated she planned to slander our company in which we can sue for damages and will if she does not stop immediatelyEvery company has flaws yes how they handle them is all differently we offered her to fix the item, then the 75% refund due to it was a custom order she then at 11:at night messages me she destroyed the bag damaging it and tore off the brand and said it's not a custom anymore I took the brand off I want a full refundThe bag is not being sent back in exact condition it was received in she has damaged it by tearing off the front logoAgain after damaging the product while in her possession she wants a full refund which is not acceptable she is responsible for shipping and will be refunded minus shipping charges

to personally come to her to get my money back did she finally send the refund from someone else's name and emailShe did not send the refund until, 1-5-And after calling attention to her name and business on Facebook, I learned I am not the first person she has done this toThis woman should not be allowed to continue her business, as she rips people off on a regular basis and doesn't produce what she has promised.

I did contact square and no payment had been posted after days I still as of yet have received the payment from her Square has not received a payment from her either I have contacted the bank and they are now handing the situation to get my money bank and they will get the money from her
