Review: This company marketed a subprime credit card to me in violation of the Federal Trade Commission Act (Pursuant to the FTC and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation suit of 2008). As a result, I suffered significant problems due to inadequate credit card disclosures and predatory lending practices, subsequently I have also suffered negative credit damage.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the imagine credit card trade line deleted from reporting to all three major credit bureaus to include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted].
