Review: My grandfather leased an auto back in August 2013. He paid for the lease in full at the time of delivery. 2 days later he was asked to return to the dealership for a missed signature. He went in and signed what they asked him to sign. A month later he received a bill from Chrysler Capital for a monthly lease payment. He went to the dealership to resolve the problem. He was told it would be taken care of. He continued to get calls and statements stating he owes back payments. He again contacted the dealership and a representative from Chrysler Capital. (My grandfather contacted me to help, as I work in the financial field and understand the language.) I was told it was taken care of by Chrysler Capital, and my grandfather was reassured the problem was resolved in late November 2013 by the dealership. Now my grandfather has received a credit denial notice from Chrysler Capital stating they pulled his credit on 12/31/13. There is no reason to pull his credit, Brydens should not be submitting any credit application on his behalf. This lease was paid in full.Desired Settlement: We need his credit cleared of any accounts or inquiries from Chrysler Capital or any other inquiry resulting from this incident, as they were not authorized. Or a FULL refund and return of the vehicle may be necessary. Compensation for all the stress and hassle should be in order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
This complaint has been resolved. [redacted] from Bryden's worked closely with me to resolve the issue with Chrysler Financial. I appreciate all the work she did to get this done.
Review: The car was taken to Brydens for a broken seat. The car was damaged during the repair and has been in a total of 5 times to repair the damage. On the last two visits, Bryden has left the hood of the vehical unclasped. We are moving in 8 days to N.C. and we do not feel safe taking the vehical back at this point. We are asking Bryden Motors pay for another dealer to fix the damage they did to the seat.Desired Settlement: We are asking that Bryden Motors pay for another dealer to fix the damage they did to the seat.
