Review: I purchased a manufacture home in Feb 28, 2014. As of 11/5/2014, I had not received Tax Clearance. It was registered in SD Tax Office under the previous owner. As of 11/25/2014, I have not received title for the home. Although the real estate agent gave me the contact information for the Escrow Company they used for the transaction, The Brush Real Estate company has not been responsive to my over 7 emails. Additionally, they have left me, the buyer, to fend for my own tax clearance with the escrow company and follow up for my title. Although Centennial Escrow has admitted fault for dropping the process, contact should have been made by the broker to me, the buyer, regarding this issue. I do not understand real estate law, policy and procedures. Brush Real Estate company was the party in the relationship representing both me the buyer and seller. They should explain the procedures and lack thereof as well as follow up with the Escrow company. They were paid the broker fee for the sale. As a "lay person", I am frustrated and confused. It is close to the end of the year and the issue has not been solved. No explanation has been given by the Brush Real Estate Company. Before blaming the Escrow company, who does take blame, the Brush Real Estate should have at least continued to provide information and guidance since it is the party involved int eh buy/sell relationship. At least notification of concern and assistance would have been the minimal response. This is bad business practice. Bad customer service practice. I have filed a complaint with the Bureau of Real Estate and California Bureau of Real Estate.Desired Settlement: I believe the public should be aware of the lack of responsibility, responsiveness and communication of the Brush Real Estate Company. I believe the public should be aware of their lack of customer service and leaving the consumer to fend for themselves in an arena they are unfamiliar with and have paid the Brush Real Estate to protect them.
