Review: Purchased a car more than 30 days ago have not received financing information, registration, or temporary registration. Please see below email. We have called, emailed. NO RESPONSE from anyone. What the heck.

We have still not heard from you. [redacted] STILL does not have his temporary registration, and can not drive his car.
This is what we need. We need his registration to him no later than 5:00 on July 18th.
Please arrange for a third party to sign off that the VIN number of the car that you sold him is accurate, and not tampered with as well. I don't care how this is arranged by YOU, but please get it done.
I have tried to be nice, patient, and understanding. However, this is just wrong.
If [redacted] does not receive contact by 5 o'clock on Friday the 18th, then you will be forcing our hand to take other action. You are leaving us no choice other than to seek help elsewhere.
Firstly, I find it very unusual that you sell to military all the time, but have a hard time getting the VIN number verified by a third party for out of state military persons.
Secondly, I find it very frustrating that a young man gave you money in good faith for registration, and he has not received his registration.
Thirdly, the amount of money you collected for registration is three times higher than the registration in the State of Oregon, where did that money go ?
Lastly, Good faith was exercised by [redacted] and it is unfortunate that the dealership has not held up their end of the bargin. Shame on you.
In addition, since the car is being registered in the State of Oregon there is not sales tax. Please re visit your contract to ensure you did not collect this in error as well

My temporary tags, AND who the heck did they finance me through. I would like confirmation that they did not charge me sales tax, and they triple charge me for title, when will that be refunded. I would like all of that within ten days.

I am in the market to buy a Honda Pilot. The sales team, during the visit, showed an appalling lack of interest in helping me understand the features of the car, the availability options, financing options, etc. and were only interested in getting a credit card to take a deposit after which they would start the negotiation process. I am disgusted to a point that I am considering looking at other car manufacturers such as Toyota who seem to offer better service. This dealership has sales personnel who are completely uninterested in working with the potentials so would avoid doing business with them
Review: A driveout price of $14091 for a new [redacted] was agreed to online (see email below). When I went down to get the vehicle they increased the price by $1500. It cost me over two hours to go into town and they just wanted to negotiate. The company, especially [redacted] and the manager, [redacted], demonstrated a total lack of integrity; just bait and switch tactics.

Please let the record show that this is the first correspondance we have recieved of this compliant, dated 5/22/2014. The email states one was sent earlier, but we have not recieved any notifaction of this complaint prio to this. Please check our record of timely resonse in the past.
The potential customer, [redacted], recieved an email advertisement from us , stating we were having a memorial day sale. The price stated included all posible rebates available from American Honda Motor corp., which included Military discount of $1,000 and $500 recent college graduate rebates. The discliamer on the email stated that the customer must qualify for the rebates to get that price. The correspondence from our sales staff did not reiterate the qualifing part of the rebates, which were in the ad but should have been reviewed by our sales staff.
As a goodwill offering , we will honor the price that the customer is requesting, depnding upon him purchasing the car from us.We are sold out of 2013 [redacted], which is what the price quote was for . We will honor those incentives on a 2015 [redacted] Lx manual trans that we will locate, we do not have one in stock. We currently have no [redacted]s in stock but we have some showing in the system . The cost of a 2015 has gone up $96.91 over the 2013 model that are all sold out now. We will absorb the increase from 2013 to 2015( 96.91). $14,091
